The 721 exchange is a tax-beneficial way to exchange real estate. It’s a mechanism long used by institutions, but one that can also help individuals relieve the tax burdens of selling rental properties and the headache of owning them.
This intermediate-level webinar provides a concise and thorough overview of IRC Section 721 tax-deferred exchanges for CPAs, tax and financial advisors, and accountants.

Co-founder and CEO

Ari was motivated to start Flock while working as a hedge fund manager, during a time when he also confronted the reality of helping his parents manage their rental property. Ari was previously a Portfolio Manager at Ibex Investors. There, he led a fund of primarily HNW individuals and small family offices from inception to over $150 million AUM, annualizing at 82% returns (before fees). More notably, Ari averted a catastrophic market move to instead generate a massive return for his investors. Prior to Ibex, he volunteered to serve in the Special Forces of the Israel Defense Forces (Sayeret Matkal). Ari attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and graduated from Harvard College with an AB in Geospatial and Quantitative History.
